After my husband received a devastating cancer diagnosis a friend sent this card with a personalized message inside. It was the most real and sincere card and message he was sent. When something like this happens you wish you could slap someone - and the universe seems appropriate under the circumstances. The message on the card and from this friend acknowledged his plight and the sincere wish to do anything to help and comfort - even with a well-placed slap, if possible. (P.S. He's doing really well!) I will send this card to any friend who needs to know I'm there.
