HOURS OF OPERATION. We’re 24/7, just like you. Well, almost. If you happen to contact us in the wee hours, we’ll respond as soon as we wake up and are properly caffeinated (note, we’re on PST).

PAYMENT METHODS. Although we always enjoy a duffel bag of cash, we accept the following methods of payment: MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover.

SALES TAX. Customers in the state of California will be charged the state sales tax rate of 9.5%.

SHIPPING POLICY. All orders ship out in 1 to 2 business days from our very pink warehouse in sunny Palm Springs, CA. There is a shipping calculator built into the checkout process so you can see costs before confirming your order. 

OUR ADDRESS. Our mailing address is 546 S. Vella Rd. Palm Springs CA 92264. This is our warehouse location, which is not open to the public.

What Happens If My Package Is Lost In The Mail? Don't fret, beauty. We'll never leave you high and dry. Just email girl@girlwithknife.com, let us know the circumstances and we will resolve it quickly for you. 

Do You Do Any Custom Work? Unfortunately at this time I do not offer any custom work, my schedule is too packed to take on any outside work.

How Do I set Up A Wholesale Account? If you are a retailer and would like a wholesale account, please click on the Wholesale tab at the bottom of our website for more info.

Are Your Paper Products Eco-Friendly? Our paper goods are made locally in LA with an environmentally responsible printer who uses FSC certified papers, vegetable inks, and has a recycling program. They even plant trees!

Are Your Products Ethically Made? Yes. All of our products are made ethically in the USA locally in Los Angeles and Arizona. We partner with family owned small businesses locally for manufacturing, so that we can oversee all production. Our pillows are meticulously crafted by a female led family business out of Arizona. Our candles are hand-poured in Los Angeles using the finest soy coconut blend wax, they burn clean and smell absolutely divine.
